The London Yoga Company was formed by yoga expert Tara Lee and former business manager of The Life Centre, London, Mary Attwood. Both women wanted to create products that would reflect yoga and health in the UK and as result went on to create the UKs best- selling DVD “Pregnancy Health Yoga”, followed by “Post Natal Yoga” and “Yoga for You and Your Baby” all featuring Tara Lee.
As well as offering products created by The London Yoga Company, we also recommend a unique selection of hand -picked books, CDs, DVDs and accessories by some of the leading experts in Yoga, Healing, Hypnotherapy and pre and post natal guidance.
